These terms describe ReSync's free core, optional Pro purchase, data export, and safe use.

Use of ReSync

Use ReSync only where it is safe to walk and follow instructions from qualified healthcare professionals.
You are responsible for choosing whether, where, and how to use a rhythm cue.

ReSync is a wellness and self-management tool, not a medical device.
It does not diagnose, monitor, or treat a condition; provide emergency help; guarantee safer walking; or prevent falls.
Stop using the cue and stop walking if you feel unsteady or unsafe.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Audio, haptic, device, and operating-system behavior can vary; do not rely on ReSync for emergencies.

Quick Cue, Rhythm Walk, optional check-ins, safety features, and the 10 most recent sessions are available without charge.
ReSync Pro is an optional non-consumable App Store purchase that unlocks full local history, multiple rhythm profiles, and PDF/CSV/Markdown visit summary export. The App Store shows the current price before purchase.
The purchase is a one-time unlock for the ReSync Pro features described at purchase; it is not an auto-renewing subscription and does not promise future cloud, caregiver, or other separately operated services.
No ReSync account is required. Restore Purchases checks the current App Store account through StoreKit.

Visit summaries contain local session facts and optional answers entered by the user; they are not clinical reports.
When you export a PDF, CSV, or Markdown file, you choose the destination. That destination and any later sharing are governed by its own privacy and retention practices.
